Aquarius 3D would like to bring to your attention some important information regarding the 3D printed souvenirs/objects created using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology and Polyactic Acid (PLA) material. Please read the following disclaimer carefully before making a purchase:
Material Characteristics:
PLA is a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane. While PLA is known for its eco-friendly nature, it may not possess the same durability as traditional plastics. Please handle your 3D printed souvenirs with care to ensure longevity.
Color Variation:
Due to the nature of 3D printing and the PLA material, there may be slight variations in color and texture among different batches of products. We strive for consistency, but variations may occur. Machining the color of an object using multicolored materials is unattainable. Using FDM technology, objects are constructed layer by layer. The model may exhibit minor markings of supports, which appear as distinct strata. The texture of the object differs depending on the printing orientation. This attribute is found on the upper portion of an object whose surfaces are nearly level or only barely curved.
Heat Sensitivity:
PLA has a lower melting point compared to some other plastics. Avoid exposing the souvenirs to excessive heat, such as leaving them in a hot car or placing them near direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause deformation.
Not Dishwasher Safe:
Hand washing is recommended for cleaning the 3D printed souvenirs. Avoid exposing them to high temperatures <60C, harsh detergents, or dishwasher cycles, as these may affect the structural integrity and appearance of the product.
Not Suitable for Food Contact:
Our 3D printed souvenirs are intended for decorative purposes only and are not suitable for direct food contact. Do not use them for serving or storing food.
Small Parts Warning:
Some souvenirs may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard, especially for young children. Keep these items out of reach of small children and pets.
Returns
Returns are accepted on all items purchased from the Aquarius 3D online store within fourteen days of the original purchase date. We will accept the product in its original packaging, defect-free, provided that the quality has not been compromised.
The product may be delivered to our establishment through parcel post or conventional mail at Vejupes Street 27, Adazi, Latvia, LV-2164.
Customers are responsible for shipping expenses in the event of product returns. Upon receipt and quality inspection of the returned item, you will be notified via email with a confirmation message containing an amount equivalent to the product's price. You will receive a refund within the following days using the same method of payment that was used to complete the purchase.
Items returned to us without an advance return request will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline any refunds or exchanges for defective products.

Losses of Damages
Kindly verify the contents of your order upon its arrival and promptly notify us in the event of any damage or incorrect shipment, in order for us to assess the situation and make the necessary adjustments.
We accept no liability for interior objects that become torn due to a fall.
A few exceptionsSpecific categories of merchandise, including customized products (including special orders or personalized items), are non-returnable.
A product or refund request is not accepted for items acquired during promotional or discounted periods.

Fourteen-day right to return
You have fourteen days from the date the products are shipped to the European Union to cancel or return the order for any reason. As indicated previously, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same unused condition as when you received it. Additionally, proof of purchase will be necessary.
Refundable amount
We will provide you with an update regarding the status of your refund approval once we have verified the receipt and inspection of your returned item. The funds will be refunded automatically to the original payment method within ten business days of approval. Please be advised that your bank or credit card issuer may require a certain period of time to process your refund.

Your purchase is typically ready to be shipped out of our factory within 2–3 working days.
We use the Omniva parcel service in the Baltics. Purchases over 35 euros are free of charge.
